Nice job rdenirojb87 , so far so good. It sounds similar to a Tobin matrix, he likes to use more aud in the mix, Hunter, who is my personal favorite from a technical standpoint, uses just enough aud to give it that extra bit of harmonic content. His matrixes remind me of a really nice Healy Ultramix. I mix kind of in between the two. Keep it up man, like anything, the more you practice, the better you get! I'm always happy to see people doing something like this instead of playing video games or watching bad tv.

Thanks for the kind words man. For this particular MTX, I left the AUD that high in the mix because Jerry's guitar is WAY too low on the SBD. Also, that AUD was recorded with good equipment for the time, and sounds excellent with really great low-end that fills out the recording very nicely imo. I actually left the AUD levels alone, and boosted the SBD 5 db. But since the AUD sources are almost always louder, the AUD is still higher in the mix, even with a 5db boost to the SBD.
